Classification, disassembly, and testing
Disassemble and classify components, professionally inspect and screen refurbished parts, and issue a classification report. -
Component repair and refurbishment
Repair repairable components, handle exterior parts, and restore performance of precision machined core components. -
Reorganization assembly and testing
Reorganize the unit according to standards, conduct overall performance testing, and rework if it does not meet the standards. -
Quality certification and warehousing
Provide certification report and label the unit, establish electronic files and classify them for storage.
Professional testing and evaluation
Dismantle the unit to be serviced, use professional equipment to detect the wear and tear of core components, issue a detailed evaluation report, and clarify the direction of renovation/maintenance.
Classification, disassembly, and cleaning
Split the engine, generator, control system and other components according to their functions, clean up oil and rust stains, and screen for reusable and replaceable parts.
